BrainBrew Subscription Policy

 

At BrainBrew, we make it simple for you to enjoy your mushroom coffee every month without hassle. By subscribing, you’ll receive your selected 16oz bag of BrainBrew Mushroom Coffee Blend on a recurring basis.


How it Works

  • When you subscribe, a fresh 16oz bag will be shipped to you every month.

  • The payment method on file will be automatically charged each billing cycle.

  • You are in full control of your subscription and can manage it anytime through your customer account.

 

Cancellations

  • If you are not fully satisfied, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

  • Canceling will stop future shipments and charges, so you won’t receive another bag the next month.

  • Already processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Flexibility

  • You can pause or skip shipments if you need a break.

  • You can update your shipping details or payment information at any time through your account dashboard.

 

Refunds

  • Please note: subscriptions are for ongoing monthly shipments and we do not offer refunds for opened or used 16oz bags.

  • If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
